1. Introduction. 2. Impressionism, post-impressionism. 3. Fauvism, expressionism in Germany and Bohemia. 4. Cubism in France and Bohemia (painting, sculpture) 5. Way to abstraction: Kandinský, Kupka 6. Way to abstraction: Malevič, Mondrian 7. Beginnigns of modern architecture: Wright, Loos, Le Corbusier 8. Beginnings of modern architecture in Bohemia region: Kotěra, cubism, Plečnik. 9. Futurism, dadaism. 10. Surrealism in France and in Czechoslovakia. 11. Russian constructivism, functionalism, Bauhaus, Devětsil. 12. Marcel Duchamp, Henri Matisse. 13. Forms of figuration in painting and sculpture from the 20th to the 50th of 20th century: Picasso, Balthus, Bacon, Moore, Giacometti.
