Course content
Weekly lecture contents: 1. Presentation of the subject content, general introduction to quality management, ergonomics and rationalization of work 2. What is technology, production process, production preparation technique 3. Metrology I - framework of legal requirements, measurement methods 4. Metrology - measurement and gauges, assembly 5. Evaluation - methods of solving technical problems - optimization, rationalization 6. Ergonomics - basic concepts and criteria, work system from the point of view of ergonomics 7. Development of views on quality, quality management system, ISO 9001 standard 8. Harmonization of regulations of the Czech Republic in the field of legislation, controlled and non-controlled area 9. System concept of quality - risks, TQM, PDCA, IATF 10. 3D printing, risks, requirements 11. Integrated management systems - quality, environment, safety and health protection at work 12. Lecture from practice 13. Summary of the lectured material
