Course content
1. Introduction to quality assurance, development of the concept, introduction to ISO and IATF standards 2. Introduction to project management using ISO standards, standards for project management 3. Basics of statistics, 7 basic quality management tools 4. Basics of statistics, 7 basic quality management tools 5. 7 new quality assurance tools 6. Statistical process control and quality control 7. Risk analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, probability and impact assessment 8. Exploring root causes: the key to effective problem solving 9. Control plans 10. Measurement result processing 11. Definition and importance of planning experiments 12. Navigating quality: implementing performance measurement models in organizations 13. Material and production resource planning
