Course content
|
The basis of the subject is to master the techniques of multiaxis machining, the design of an appropriate machining strategy with regard to input factors, to understand an influence of the postprocessor on the creation of output NC data, to understand a CAM system functioning and it principles and to learn tu use the superstructure of the most widespread CNC control systems. - practice the knowledge acquired in previous subjects - preparation of NC data for turning in CAM system - preparation of NC data for milling in 2 1/2D and 3D - preparation of NC data for multi-axis milling - individual work on the seminar project - preparation of a technological documentation through CAM system - NC machine alignment and program debugging
