Course content
1. The concept of the material criminal law, basic principles of criminal law, sources, operation scope of Criminal Code 2. Criminal act and its signs 3. Age and sanity 4. Facts of a crime 5. Circumstances excluding unlawfulness 6. Developement stages of a crime 7. Criminal coaction 8. Concurrence of criminal offences 9. Expiry of criminal liability 10. Criminal sanctions 11. Criminal liability of juveniles 12. Selected violent and vice criminal offences 13. Selected property criminal offences The course is thougt in English language.
