Course content
1. Basic principles of criminal proceedings and their importance for decision-making in criminal proceedings 2. Law enforcement authorities 3. Decision in criminal proceedings - general interpretations 4. Pre-trial decision 5. Pre-prosecution procedure 6. Initiation of criminal prosecution - resolution on initiation of criminal prosecution 7. Separate drawing up of a resolution on the commencement of criminal prosecution pursuant to Section 160 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code 8. The indictment, petition for punishment 9. Individual preparation of a proposal for punishment 10. Judgment, criminal order 11. Separate elaboration of criminal order 12. Particulars of a written copy of the judgment of the court of first instance
