Course content
|
The aim of this course is to develop technique and performance grow in chosen athletic disciplines with emphasis on level of motor skills. Technique, methodology, practice and training. Preparation for athletic multicontest. Time schedule (content according to educational weeks): 1. Introductory lesson, credit requirements, familiarization with the content of the lessons 2. Athletic alphabet - technique analysis, improving Discus - alphabet, grip, exercises on the spot 3. 200 m run - alphabet, curve running Discus - release of the discus, throws from the spot 4. Long jump - take off technique, flying phase Hurdle run - introductory exercises 5. 200 m run - starting, OTP Discus - turn 6. Long jump - starting run Hurdle run - exercises for swinging and pulling over leg 7. 200 m run - credit fulfillment Discus - turn practice 8. Hurdle run - lowered hurdles, shortened distances Long jump, discus - credit fulfillment 9. High jump - introductory exercises 10. High jump - practice of take off and pass over the bar Hurdle run - start practice 11. High jump - final form Hurdle run - credit height, shortened distances 12. Pole vault - complete practice 13. Hurdle run - credit fulfillment High jump - credit fulfillment
