Introduction to athletic disciplines. Practice and training of basic disciplines, sprint, long jump, shot put, trow, endurance (800/1500m). Entry and final testing, check of acquired athletic skills. 1. entry testing 2.-3. sprints 4.-7. long jump 8. shot put 9. trowing 10. endurance (long distance runs) 11. technique-tactical preparation 12. final testing, check of acquired athletic skills 13. summary - discussion
