Content: Movement recreation as an area of physical culture. Kinetic recreation in the way of life and lifestyle. Lifestyle wellness. Kinetic recreation and quality of life. Leisure and kinetic recreation. Kinetic recreation and environment. Services in the kinetic recreation. Kinetic recreation in the prevention of health - the basic documents. Fitness and health-oriented expertise in the context of kinetic recreation. Physical activity and obesity. Physical activity and sports interests in selected populations. Holidays and tourism. Institutions deal with the kinetic recreation and sport in our country and abroad.
