Course content
|
1. Introduction to study of the subject. Definition of basic terms. 2. Movement recreation and its health importance. Movement-recreational programs. 3. Psychomotorics. Psychomotor development of an individual and possibilities of its influence. 4. Types of recreational movement activities and their impact to an individual in psychological term. 5. Structure of exercise unit. 6. Didactic-organizational forms of work in exercise unit. 7. Recreation-movement activities in nature. 8. Recreation-movement activities in a gym. 9. Special movement programs in relation to work load. 10. Injury prevention within recreational physical education and sport. 11. Legislative principles within public (school) organizing recreational physical education and sport. 12. Movement recreation as prevention of undesirable addictions.
