Course content
1. Introduction to study of the subject. Definition of basic terms. 2. Movement recreation and its health importance. Movement-recreational programs. 3. Psychomotorics. Psychomotor development of an individual and possibilities of its influence. 4. Types of recreational movement activities and their impact to an individual in psychological term. 5. Structure of exercise unit. 6. Didactic-organizational forms of work in exercise unit. 7. Recreation-movement activities in nature. 8. Recreation-movement activities in a gym. 9. Special movement programs in relation to work load. 10. Injury prevention within recreational physical education and sport. 11. Legislative principles within public (school) organizing recreational physical education and sport. 12. Movement recreation as prevention of undesirable addictions.

Student masters the basics from human anatomy and physiology.
learning outcomes
Student leads part of exercise unit according to consulted preparation. He/she is able to discuss given problems on professional level. He/she is able to explain aspects of movement recreation and risks of hypokinesia.
