Course content
|
1. Introduction to the subject didactics of physical activities and their importance for health. Safety lessons. 2. General principles for building an exercise unit, safety principles for running exercise activities in a group and individually. 3. Exercise unit from the point of view of didactic, physiological, sociological and psychological aspects. 4. Effectiveness of the exercise unit in terms of the use of organizational and didactic-organizational forms. 5. Effectiveness of the exercise unit in terms of the use of teaching methods, procedures and methods, didactic management styles. 6. Testing and diagnosis of health-oriented fitness. 7. Planning physical development and diagnosis of physical fitness. 8. Prevention of a sedentary lifestyle, kinesthetic learning style. 9. Indicative assessment of the quality of postural function in relation to health. 10. Movement recreation in different working conditions. 11. Movement activities targeted for different age groups. 12. Movement activity for individuals with specific needs. 13. Final discussion and evaluation.
