1. Characteristics of physical and recreational activities, definition. 2. Didactic principles applied to physical recreation, physical recreation programmes and projects of physical recreation activities. 3. Logical framework of sport and physical activity projects, basic insight into project management. 4. Project design, setting the purpose and objectives, defining the key activities and activities of a physical recreation event project. 5.
