Course content
Safety, help and rescue during gymnastic exercises. Preparatory exercises for specialized gymnastic preparation - strengthening, rolling, rebounding, rebounding, rotation, balance exercises. Basic exercise forms of gymnastics (acrobatic exercises, apparatus exercises). Basic information and practical execution of selected movement and sports games. Practical organization of movement games. Familiarization with methodical procedures for practicing manipulation skills and their practical acquisition (manipulation with the ball with the upper and lower limbs, games with aids - floorball, Frisbee, etc.). Familiarization with the training of basic athletic skills (running, hurdles, relay, long and high jump, ball throw). Psychomotor games for the development of kinesthetic perception, communication and cooperation. Psychomotor games and exercises using traditional and non-traditional tools and various aids. Evaluation of the level of posture in children (static and dynamic components). Postural disorders and their prevention in the form of games and suitable exercises; exercise on the flat of the foot. Obstacle courses for the development of various types of locomotion and as a prevention of bad posture.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Undergraduate study programme term essay (20-40) - 40 hours per semester
  • Practical training (number of hours) - 52 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report) (1-10) - 8 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 5 hours per semester

Knowledge
to define basic concepts from anatomy and physiology in the scope of secondary school and to describe movement activities in terminological terms.
Skills
have basic gymnastic, athletic and game skills within the scope of the secondary school curriculum. We assume a qualitative improvement of movement skills.

recognize basic muscle groups and their function describe correct posture and its differences actively use sports terminology and gymnastic nomenclature

applies theoretical knowledge and practical skills to exercise units in kindergarten - is able to demonstrate selected movement skills - can analyze essential moments (nodal points) in the motor learning of preschool children the student can describe, explain and demonstrate a set of movement activities and psychomotor games will be able to implement movement games and playful and entertaining exercises in the process and environment of preschool education
