Course content
I. Introduction to the communication A) Communication in general defining the topic and concept - what it is, why we need it, how to communicate as effectively as possible communication process B) Communication participants: transmitter - receiver personality psychology - types of personality/thinking/communication establishing a relationship, gaining trust how participants influence communication, how they act in it C) Components of communication: verbal communication the content of the communication is important choice of terminology, understanding Nonverbal Communication body language tells everything we watch our body language, we read it in clients paraverbal communication phone calls, relationship building friendly tone of voice above all D) Communication barriers and blocks internal x external E) Presentation - performing in front of people principles, advice, tips, tricks speech structure - preparation argumentation objections and how to deal with them II. Communication between entrepreneur and expert A) How the expert communicates creating credibility confidence and expertise appropriate forms and contents of communication name/brand building B) Marketing and business communication C) Forms of entrepreneur/entrepreneur communication: forms, their properties, advantages and disadvantages personal communication video call - Google Meet, Teams, WhatsApp, FaceTime phone call e-mail Website text message - sms, WhatsApp, Messenger... web chat social networks - FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn video messages handwritten messages and more III. Components of effective communication What else does effective communication consist of - how to be popular, recognized and successful thanks to communication A) Effective wellness/fitness specialist communication important part of effective communication questions - types, ability to ask active listening - empathy paraphrasing, mirroring criticism - constructively, smartly the art of giving instructions qualities and abilities that help - politeness, patience, ability to build rapport/connection, ability to handle arguments we communicate logically, wisely and intelligibly expectations are not good to disappoint we reduce confusion and misunderstanding transparency - be transparent, predictable, honest flexibility - change the approach according to the type and approach of the client - mirror B) Coaching what it is and how it can help us creation, main representatives principles, philosophy, methodology IV. Emotional intelligence, conflicts, assertiveness A) Emotional intelligence how it relates to communication and our success in life emotions and their functions in communication B) Conflicts types and sources of conflict the ability to solve and the consequences of not solving communication with a problem client prevention C) Personal development in the field of communication self-awareness/self-confidence/confidence D) Communication styles: aggressive passive manipulative (aggressive - passive) assertive E) Assertiveness what it is and why it is the most efficient code of communication elements of assertive behavior assertive rights assertive techniques types of assertiveness
