Course content
|
1. Introduction to teaching, safety instructions, credit requirements, introduction to client diagnostics. 2. Compilation of exercise plans for different age and functional groups of individuals, health bases of applied programs. 3. Health-oriented programs - stretching and toning exercises (Pilates, Power yoga, Tai-chi). 4. Fitness-oriented programs - elements of functional training (Flowin, TRX, circuit training). 5. Health-oriented programs in the outdoor environment (Nordic walking). 6. Medical and functional starting points for strengthening with loads and on machines. Stack of exercises in fitness centers, diagnostics and work with clients. 7. Diagnosis of the client in terms of nutrition, rational diet. 8. Compilation of the menu, healthy plate, food supplements. 9. Drinking regime, principles of nutrition of athletes. 10. Nutritional pathology, metabolic syndrome, addictions. 11. Meditation and relaxation exercises, methods of stress relief in clients. 12. Preventive diagnostics of the client, targeted therapy and its possibilities, a comprehensive concept of the client's personality. 13. Credit test, fulfillment of credit requirements, evaluation.
