Course content
|
1. Higher difficulty exercise elements of artistic gymnastics - acrobatics and exercise on equipment, 2. Exercise elements of rhythmic gymnastics and exercise with hand apparatus (ribbon, clubs); higher difficulty exercise elements of selected combat sports. The basics of martial dance capoeira, 3. Creation of choreography of the modern movement forms and gymnastic-dance choreography, 4. Gymnastic games and competitions. Preparation of the model competition in artistic gymnastics (two routines - presented by drawn pairs), 5. Competition of pairs in two gymnastic routines.
