Course content
|
1. Introduction to the subject study. 2. Characteristics of the most common recreational physical activities. 3. Structure of exercise unit, principles of creating exercise unit of physical recreation. 4. Didactic-organizational forms in movement recreation. 5. Psychomotor development of individual ontogenetic stages. 6. Planning in movement recreation, types of plans. 7. Creation of fitness program for different age categories of exercisers. 8. Introduction of methods of testing and diagnosting fitness and performance in recreational physical education and sports. 9. Health oriented fitness. 10. To introduce students the possibilities of physical recreation in various conditions of activity. 11. Nutrition in sport. 12. To point out the social importance of the integration of the disabled in physical recreation. 13. Final evaluation of the subject.
