Course content
1. Classification of physical recreation in the field of recreology. 2. Influence of physical recreation to the physical of person dimension. 3. Influence of physical recreation to the psychological of person dimension. 4. Influence of physical recreation to the social dimension of person. 5. Current sorts of physical recreation. 6. Possibilities of using physical recreation at school. 7. Physical recreation as a tool of health education. 8. Recreation as a tool of rejuvenation and youth health promotion. 9. Educational methodology and forms of the organization of recreational activities at the school. 10.The Methodology of teaching indoor recreational activities in the school environment. 11.Methodology of teaching outdoor recreational activities in the school environment. 12.Movement recreation as an integral part of health-promoting schools.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Contact hours - 26 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 20 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report) (1-10) - 10 hours per semester

Use and appropriately apply the basic concepts characterizing the area of healthy lifestyle in the scope of high school study

Demonstrate and appropriately apply the laws and basic elements of warming up, relaxation and fitness-oriented exercises in the scope of physical education at high school
