Course content

Theoretical and practical basis of sports preparation of children and youth in athletics. Problems of training in individual subgroups of athletic disciplines. The most used general training means of athletic character with use in other sports branches. Atmosphere, motivation, evaluation and check. Teaching children in athletic center. 1.-2. sprint 3.-4. vertical jumps 5.-6. hurdle runs 7.-8 horizontal jumps 9.-10. shot put and throws 11. long distance runs 12. relay races 13. summary - discussion
