Course content
|
The position of sport in today's society. Sports performance and sports efficiency. Mechanisms and principles of increasing sports efficiency. Sports training system (structure, components, control, trainer's personality). Characterization and function of load, regeneration in ST, control of training. Leadership of the team and athlete in the competition, motivation in ST. Specifics in ST (ST of youth, women, people with specific needs, doping, nutrition, drinking regime, alpine training).
