Course content
|
In the introductory lesson, there will be an instruction on work safety during lessons. Content: Physical activity (individually targeted) - one of the fundamental elements of health promotion. Anatomical and neurophysiological principle of their optimum posture. Assessing the level of postural functions (static and dynamic components). Postural disorders and their prevention. Didactic principles of compiling the movement program for preschool children. Selected internal weakness - characteristics, causes and principles of prevention.
