Course content |
1.Anatomical and neurophysiological principle of individually optimal posture. Assessing of the postural function level (static and dynamic components). Postural disorders and their prevention. Didactics principles of compiling the motor program for younger school age children. Breathing exercises. Primary prevention of selected civilization diseases. 2.Training and improvement of the two designated swimming race strokes, start jumping and basic water rescue techniques. Organizational and legal securing of swimming lessons at primary schools.
