Course content

Content: During the winter semester will be the content of teaching basic of bodybuilding fitness, basic drope test and applicated resistance excercises . Students learn the basic elements of self-defense.

| Adequate level of motor abilities (strength, speed, endurance, dexterity) and skills. |

| Students clarify the basic rules of strengthening, clarify the basic strengthening exercises and recognize the influence on individual muscle parts. Students design a movement plan for a particular purpose, which will be applied in practice. At the end, students evaluate influence of plan and its effectiveness. |
