- Introduction to physical health education - the meaning and content of the course. The importance of physical activity for the health of the individual. Anatomical and neurophysiological principal of upright posture. - Individually optimal posture - characteristics, principles, importance, methods of evaluation - diagnosis of postural functions from the perspective of TV and physiotherapy. - Deep stabilizing system of the spine, neurophysiological patterns of motor control. - Rating posture by Jaros - Lomiček, diagnostic system DTP1 (static component of postural function). - Evaluation of muscle imbalances and moving stereotypes (dynamic component of postural function). - Muscle imbalance in the thoracic region (upper crossed syndrome) and in the pelvic area (the lower crossed syndrome) - analysis of basic causes (principle of equalization, indications and contraindications). - Poor posture - analysis underlying causes (principle of compensation, indications and contraindications). - Orthopedic defects of the spine, compensation exercises. Didactic aspects of teaching health unit PE. - Weakening lower limbs - hips, bad knees position, flat feet - analysis underlying causes (principle of compensation, appropriate and contraindicated exercises). - Weakening of the respiratory and cardiovascular system (principle of appropriate physical activity, indications and contraindications). - Metabolic syndrome and its aspects (the principle of compensation, indications and contraindications). - Weakening of the digestive and excretory systems. Sensory and nerve weakening. Respiratory, spinal and relaxation exercises. - Gynecological weakening, exercises during pregnancy and the postpartum period (exercises according to Mojzisova, activation of the pelvic floor).
