Course content
|
In the introductory lesson, there will be an instruction on work safety during lessons. Characteristics and means of elementary gymnastics. Correct body posture = individually optimal body posture. Sorting exercises according to their physiological effect. Structure and content of warm-up in lesson of physical education. Physical exercises (gymnastic) terminology. Disciplinary gymnastics. Methodology sequence of exercises for correct body posture, principles of warm-up set-up. Mobilization, stretching and strengthening exercises with respect to individual muscle groups, prevention of muscle imbalances. Individual and pair warm-up exercises without and with use of hand apparatuses and equipments. Strengthening (core) and coordination exercises. Balance exercises. Relaxation and breathing exercises.
