Course content
|
Human movement, physical activities, movement preconditions (motor abilities, skills), principles of motor development, biological preconditions to physical activity, an overview of selected muscle groups. Warming up - without and with the hand apparatus. Methodology of exercises with or without use of hand apparatus. Children folk dances, rhythmic gymnastics.
