Course content
Content: Human motion, motor activity,movement presumptions of human, development, principles of motor development, human´s bio-presumptions to motor activity, an overview of selected muscle groups (start/inception, futtlock shroud, function).

Knowledge
Student masters basic theoretical knowledge of anatomy and physiology in the range of secondary school.
learning outcomes
Students define the basic conceptions (physical movement, physical exercise, movement skills). They distinguish motor development in periodization of human life. They recognize the basic muscle groups and their function.
