Course content
1 / Why do we need vv? Outline of the division of the Czech Republic's program lines in the context of foreign influences. 2 / Beginning of interest in children's artistic expression. Comenius and his lead. Influences from abroad (Ruskin). First studies of children's art works, first magazines dedicated to children's artistic expression. 3 / Artistic education at the turn of the century. The beginnings of our subject (drawing and its teaching methods). Psychological tendencies and their reflection in the development of the subject. 4 / Effects of alternative pedagogical systems and their reflection in Czech education. Constructive pedagogy versus transmission. 5 / Socialization of Art. Hostinský, Lichtwark. 6 / Avantgarda and her reflection in vv. Constructivist tendencies versus the psychologizing concept of our field, representatives of individual concepts and foreign inspirations (Loos, Bauhaus). VI. FEA Drawing Congress, Prague. 7 / Art of the 2nd World. war (until 1966). Concept of creativity, its predecessors and followers. Evolution of the subject and major events in the field. (INSEA, Journal of Aesthetic Education). 8 / Art education until 1989, concept of creativity. Problems of the concept of creativity. 9 / Art education after 1989, current tendencies and currents in the teaching of vv. Plurality of contemporary theory and practice, Teacher's concept of teaching. Concepts of VV and Foreign Influence (video-centric - VCAE, artcentric - DBAE). Significant organizations and actions in the field of our field. 10 / Framework Educational Program and vv. FEP and its inclusion in the curriculum system. 11 / Creating a school education program. 12 / Teacher's concept of vv. 13 / Concepts of Art Education in the World. Current congresses of INSEA, ENViL atc.
