Course content
1. Introduction to basic concepts and principles in the technique of drawing and creation of authentic artwork. Drawing and its possibilities in the context of all art disciplines 2. Technological basics. What are we drawing on? What do we draw? Practical exercises using angle technique 3. Resolution between dry and wet materials for drawing. Fix and apply artwork. Exercise for shape and light contrast 4. Basics of drawing. Equilibrium rule. Grouping into format. Track the whole. Exercises for spatial and compositional variations of atelier still life 5. Point, line. An abstract atelier exercise on the theme of a real still life or a landscape cut 6. Subject and non-subject distinction, drawing handwriting 7. Surface, shape, space in the subject and non-objective view 8. Light, color, in the subject and non-objective view 9. Harmony, order, and composition variations towards the individuality of the expression 10. Authenticity of own drawing and ability of expressive gesture, or impressive variations. Color Extreme. Form Destruction and Entropic Component in Art and Drawing 11. Fiction principle. Magnification, exaggeration and stylization 12. Thematic drawing composition as an expression of structured art thinking 13. Free cycle. Overlaps and variations. Importance of author's attitude and response to authority

to describe principles of the perspective;
to describe some basic expressive means of drawing;
to clarify some specifics of study drawings;
to justify the meaning of drawing for the artist.

to treat sensitively the expressive means of drawing;
to use basic dry drawing techniques and drawing drawings with fixation means;
to express space, shape, light, shadow by drawing;
to draw sketches, study drawings and preparatory drawings for other techniques.

to recognize the linear way of drawing and its means of expression - point, line, surface;
to explain the difference between study and spontaneous character of drawing;
to describe basic human and animal anatomy;

to use individual composition plans;
to capture motion;
