Course content
|
1. Comparative pedagogy, framework and state of comparative art pedagogy. 2. Comparative and intercultural approach, specifics of ethnopedagogy. 3. International cooperation and international projects in the field of art education. 4. Procedures and degrees of comparison according to Hilker (1962) in the critical conception of Adick (2008). 5. Equivalents of comparison, choice of categories and instruments, analysis and comparison of educational contents and objectives. Options for comparing content and goals in a country's education context. Reflection on teacher approaches and conceptions of art education. 6. Current topics and issues of international comparisons in a disciplinary and transdisciplinary sense. 7. Initial bases of international cooperation, context as a background for interpretation, characteristics of the curriculum of the selected country, description, analysis and comparison. 8. Research in comparative art didactics, improving teaching practice, evaluation, and self-evaluation. 9. Prerequisites for the comparison of art educational contents. 10. Czech art education curriculum in comparison with foreign countries. 11. Practice and theory of art education in the Czech Republic and the world. 12. EU educational objectives, key competencies and subject objectives. 13. ENViL and the proposal of a reference framework for visual literacy, international INSEA.
