Course content
1. The conception of the Czech art education in curricular documents and in the relationship with European objectives of the field 2. The movements and conceptions of art education in the CZ and abroad 3. European thematic network of visual literacy 4. International INSEA and its Czech section 5. Comparative pedagogy, the framework and the current state of comparative art pedagogy 6. European conception of education, key competencies and field objectives 7. International cooperation and projects in the field of art-based education 8. Research in the field of comparative art pedagogy 9. Methods of comparison and description, preconditions for comparing art-pedagogical contents 10. Czech curriculum of art-based education in comparison with abroad 11. Comparative artistic-didactic works realised in the Czech context 12. Opportunities for improvement in contemporary practice based on international comparison 13. International context as the basis for interpretation

to clarify the didactic categories of art.

to clarify the concepts of educational content and expected outputs from the FEP;
to actively use at least one foreign language;
based on examples of school practice to characterize the consistency and differences of the concept of teaching.
