to become familiar with the direct impacts of EU Law in legal practice and to discuss it to analyze selected cases from a theoretical point of view, form point of EU Law and from the point of Czech legal system and solution.

to approach and practically acquaint with methods of legal analyses of selected cases to point out possible problematic parts of EU Law implementation to outline legal practice with regard of EU Law practice
