1.Judicial Cooperation in Civil Matters - development and history 2.Key issues of the policy and extend of EU shared power excercise 3.Recognition of judgments, jurisdiction and enforcement of judgments 4.Family matters and Regulation Brussels II bis 5.Conflict of laws under EU Law - Regulations Rome I and Rome II 6.European judicial network, European judicial atlas and EU citizen 7.European procedural remedies - European payment order, Small claims 8.European procedural remedies - national courts approach, common problems 9.Evidence proceedings, document service under EU Law, Delivery of documents 10.National aspects of EU Judicial cooperation 11.Insolvency under EU Law 12.Role of request for preliminary ruling in unification of EU procedural law 13.Legal Aid
