Course content
|
1. Auditions in selected elementary schools, familiarization with the school environment, classroom organization and teacher's work 2. Observation of the course of the pedagogical process, keeping a record sheet, descriptive use of pedagogical terminology 3. Analysis of the observed phenomena, linking the practical and theoretical aspects of the educational process 4. Reflection of one's own feelings, perceptions, thinking and needs. Gradual involvement in the educational process. 5. Prior and subsequent structured reflection of the educational process using reflective forms, own self-reflection. 6. Final discussion and evaluation of practice, assessment, determination of professional development plan.
