Week 1 Introduction to the Course Cross-cultural Differences in Business Communication Week 2 Telephoning - telephoning across cultures and communication strategies Week 3 Presentations - presentation skills for business Week 4 Presentations - giving an impromptu presentation Week 5 Business Correspondence - developing writing skills in business Week 6 Business Meetings - types and structure Week 7 Business Meetings - giving a briefing, negotiating agreement Week 8 Negotiating deals Week 9 Persuasion and Influence in Business Communication Week 10 Business Conferences - preparation, guidelines for a teleconference Week 11 Business Conferences - taking part in a teleconference Week 12 Managing Business Risks - types of business risks and risk management process Week 13 Final Evaluation
