Course content
Week 1 Introductory class. Familiarization with the terms of study and the course content. Communicative activities. Week 2 Universities and colleges in France. University vocabulary. Week 3 School systems in France and selected Francophone countries. Comparison with the Czech Republic. Week 4 Erasmus. Mobility programmes. Cultural awareness. Week 5 Use of technology in teaching. Week 6 Use of games in the classroom. Week 7. Teaching methods - Flipped classroom. Week 8 Teaching methods - CLIL. Week 9 Children with special needs. Week 10 Project presentations. Week 11. Project presentations. Week 12. Project presentations. Week 13 Final self-reflection and evaluation.

  • Contact hours - 26 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 30 hours per semester
