Course content
1. Company structure, departments, competencies 2. Creating business contacts, types of discussions 3. Communication with co-workers within the company 4. Smalltalk, creating personal contacts with co-workers 5. Planning business meetings, obligations to a superior 6. Telephone communication, its specifics 7. Causes of misunderstandings in internal communication 8. Receipt, processing, mediation of telephone calls 9. Conflict resolution in the workplace 10. Collection, transmission of information within the company 11. Creating and leading a project team, division of competencies 12. Excursion to the company 13. Test, evaluation

  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 40 hours per semester
