Course content
1. Characteristics of a person. Description of a person's appearance. 2. Holidays, traditions. Congratulations. 3. Healthcare. Health condition. Visiting a doctor. 4. Lexical and grammatical minimum: Declension of nouns and adjectives, personal and indefinite pronouns, verb conjugation-verb patterns, repeated action and verb aspect, declension of basic numerals, modal verbs.

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Contact hours - 52 hours per semester
  • Preparation for formative assessments (2-20) - 15 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report in a foreign language) (10-15) - 10 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 30 hours per semester
