Course content

The course is intended for students of all faculties and years of studies, for beginners as well as for advanced players who are interested in this game. According to the individual performance, the course is orientated on extensive physical development and the development of movement skills with a view to mastering basic footsal techniques and tactics. 1. Basic group: a) physical preparation ? development of basic movement skills with a view to speed, nimbleness and strength b) technical and tactical preparation ? practice of playing activities of individuals c) theoretical preparation ? game rules 2. Group for efficient players: a) development of basic movement skills b) improvement of technical playing skills c) improvement of tactical skills, game system
