Course content
|
The course is intended for students in the 1st year of the FSZ - field of rescue. After completing the course, the student can learn the basic climbing techniques, and distinguish the basic material for climbing (ropes, slings, harnesses, carabiners) and material necessary for safe rock climbing in alpine environments. He is able to connect to the rope, use the techniques of belaying a co-climber with the upper belay, know the climbing commands, and distinguish the basic knotting technique. He is also introduced to the fall technique and factor, setting up a belay station, gradual belaying, abseiling techniques, and abseiling with self-belaying.

After completing the course, the student is able to explain basic climbing techniques and demonstrate new types and methods of climbing. Furthermore, he will be able to present the basic material for climbing (ropes, loops, lashings, carabiners) and justify the material necessary for the safety of climbing on rocks and in high mountain environments. |

After completing the course, the student can demonstrate basic climbing techniques (use of holds and steps, foot climbing techniques) and use different types and climbing methods. Furthermore, thanks to the acquired knowledge, they will provide and distinguish between the basic material for climbing (ropes, loops, lashings, carabiners) and the material necessary for the safety of climbing on rocks and in alpine environments. Furthermore, he is able to expertly connect to the rope, use the techniques of belaying a co-climber with an upper belay, respond to climbing commands, and distinguish the basic knotting technique. |
