Course content
Self-defence for women is intended for female students of all faculties and years of studies, for beginners as well as for advanced students, who want to learn both basic and special skills and abilities.

Knowledge
Basic knowledge and skills of P.E. obtained at basic and secondary school.
learning outcomes
For beginners ? we provide extensive harmonic physical development and improvement of the functional capacity of organism. We prepare basis for the gradual growth of special performance. For advanced students ? we provide the development of specific exercises orientated on the practice and improvement of various strokes, kicks and covers and other technical and tactical skills and psychological qualities.
