Course content
Squash is intended for students of all faculties and years of studies, for beginners as well as for advanced players, who want to get acquainted with this sport. The main content is the practise and improvement of basic strokes, movement on the sports ground and game rules.

Basic knowledge and skills of P.E. obtained at basic and secondary school.
