Course content
Winter Training Camp is intended for students of all the faculties and years of studies, for beginners (Pernink in the Ore Mountains) , as well as for advanced students (the Alps), who want to learn basic skills and knowledge of down hill skiing and cross country skiing, snowboarding and the stay in the mountains.

Knowledge
Basic knowledge and skills of P.E. obtained at basic and secondary school.

Collaborative instruction
The student acquires knowledge in the form of seminars and lectures, especially about the safety of movement in the mountains. The student should have a basic idea of weather forecasting, avalanche danger of mountains, color scale of downhill runs.

Practical training using the methodology of basic skiing - turns on the spot, riding in the plow, riding with a parallel position of the skis, arch in the plow, arch with a ridge, basics of the carving arch
